What we collect, and why.

Orders: Payments are handled by Stripe. When you check out you enter your name, email, shipping address and card details on Stripe’s own page. We never see or store your card. We receive your order, name, email and address so we can ship it and send you tracking.
Your bag: What you add to the bag is kept in your own browser (local storage). It is not sent to us until you start checkout.
Analytics — only if you accept: With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to see which statements people look at and where visitors come from. Nothing from Google loads until you press Accept. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_*, which expire after 13 months. Google keeps the resulting reports for 14 months. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Advertising features are switched off.
Newsletter: If you sign up, we keep your email address to send you updates. Every email has a way out.
Hosting: The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as IP address) to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
Your rights: You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how it is used, by writing to the address below. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
